Great location and very good and helpful staff. Shuttle to and from airport worked well for me. Room comfortable and spacious. WiFi worked very well. Very good breakfast. Aircon. Very close to a good supermarket.

The rooms are very small but clean. I had several issues, however they were fixed quickly by the receptionists without any complaints

The room is clean and facing the sea as we requested. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.Specially Dolores Retta and Issouf , both are helping us with a smile.

As my first time go to Africa, Seen hotel has treated me and my colleague nicely with good breakfast (easy to eat for Asian), good cleaning service (they leave the note that they could not clean your room on the door if you let the 'Do not Disturb' sign out) and superb receptionists. The ladies at the reception was very supportive, always helpful and with great manner, especially thanks to Tia and Francelyne, they have made my business trip feel very comfy.

The hotel is really clean and staff were really friendly. Though we do not speak french, they managed to accomodate us and we enjoyed our stay.

airport pick up and taking me back to the airport. it was near to my meeting place. that was my second time of sleeping at the seen hotel and that advised my choice
